Point FM
02 / Portfolio

Two positions. Skin in the game.

One from each sector thesis. Actively investing. Pipeline grows every week.

→ B2B services — tech group (Able, Blackfish)

Able

Entry in 2023, before Point FM existed, from personal capital. We strategically repositioned the group as an AI-native organization — processes, product agenda, and GTM are all built around AI as core infrastructure, not an add-on. Part of this was the acquisition of the design studio Blackfish, which I closed alongside management.

→ Vertical SaaS — insurtech

Verzuz

B2B SaaS for non-life insurance comparison (vehicles, property, travel). Targets companies that offer insurance as part of their product but don't want to build their own infrastructure for it — Verzuz saves them millions of crowns a year on IT costs.

Clients include Broker Trust, AAA Auto, Auto Esa, and others. Bootstrapped SaaS business — a model that enables organic growth of 50–100 % YoY. Currently Czech Republic + Slovakia, with expansion across CEE planned.

Structural advantage: high switching costs after integration, the regulatory moat of the insurance industry, and a data advantage that grows with every new customer.

→ Pipeline H1 2026

From 500+ companies continuously scored by PFM Scout, we've opened conversations with 9. Eight we declined during due diligence. One we're actively negotiating with today.

We're building the portfolio gradually. Goal: 4–8 core positions where we can increase our stake when the thesis confirms.

The pipeline grows thanks to tools we built ourselves.
